In light of recent events, the team at LEGEAR have been working hard behind the scenes to evolve, recalibrate and adjust to this new normal.

Our retail stores are open

As an essential service provider to our first responders’ networks, the LEGEAR retail stores in Melbourne and Canberra and our warehouses will remain open for now.

New In store policies to implement social distancing

We recognise that physical distancing is of paramount importance right now to flatten the curve and minimise the risk of transmission. For the safety of our customers and staff, we have closed all change room facilities at both retail stores. During your visit, our store Managers will assist you in navigating the new policies.The measures we have taken also include increasing the frequency of cleaning and sanitisation for high-touch areas such as handrails and counters, so you can be assured that you are visiting a clean and hygienic space.

Online store

Our online stores legear.com.au will remain available to those that wish to access products or get in contact with our team members.

Delivery

We will continue to deliver your orders to Australia & New Zealand.

Faster dispatch

In order to ease your online shopping journey, we have converted our Melbourne and Canberra LEGEAR stores into mini HQs to process and ship your orders. We are optimistic that the addition of two dispatch points on top of our main warehouse will accelerate your order turnaround times and positively impact delivery.

Delivery times may be impacted

Postal and courier services across the country are still delivering, but there may be service impacts due to a dramatic increase in distribution volumes over this period.

Zero contact delivery

For extra safety and peace of mind we recommend selecting “leave parcel at my door” for a no-contact delivery option when shopping with us and other businesses.

Returns

Our warehouse staff are upholding high hygiene standards as advised by The Department of Health when collecting and inspecting returns, including use of gloves and hand santisation procedures.
