HOW DO I RETURN PRODUCTS?

To return an item, you simply need to fill out a Returns Form with the reason for your return, and send it back to us with the products in, as-new and resellable condition (all tags/packaging intact) within 14-Days. No refunds or exchanges will be given if you have simply changed your mind. Exchanges will only take place for incorrectly ordered sizes of products i.e incorrect size of boots ordered. A re-shipping cost may apply to your order as LEGEAR Australia does not reimburse return shipping expenses on correctly shipped orders.

All returns must have a filled out Returns Form included in the box/satchel and proof of purchase in order to be processed. Returns without a Returns Form and proof of purchase or with damaged packaging or that are not in resellable condition will be will be returned to sender at your expense ($14.99). Returns can take up to 21 days to process.

Returns must be returned in original packaging in a resaleable, brand-new condition. Any visible marks or damage to the item or the packaging will mean the item will be returned to you and no refund or exchange will be given. LEGEAR Australia is unable to reimburse for shipping costs. If an item has to be re-shipped you may incur a re-shipping cost ($14.99). I HAVE A FAULTY/DEFECTIVE PRODUCT CAN I CLAIM ON WARRANTY?

If you have received a faulty product or you believe you are entitled to a warranty repair/replacement for an item that is not working correctly, please contact us at support@legear.com.au with some photos of the faulty product, as well as a description of the fault/defect. Our Customer Support staff will be in touch with instructions for your return. LEGEAR Australia will work with you and the manufacturer to assist in the warranty process. In some cases, LEGEAR Australia may instruct you to contact the manufacturer directly if we believe this will be an easier/faster solution for you as the consumer.

 

WHAT IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT?

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, you simply need to fill out a Returns Form with the reason for your return, and send it back to us with the products in as-new and resellable condition (all tags/packaging intact) within 14-Days.

 

WHY WAS MY RETURNED PACKAGE SENT BACK TO ME UNOPENED?

LEGEAR Australia does not accept returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form. All packages received at the LEGEAR Australia warehouse without an RMA Form included in the box are returned to sender. This strict policy is necessary to ensure that exchanges, credits and refunds are done properly. Please review our Return Policy and contact customer service for more information about returning an order.

Note: All LEGEAR Australia returns are subject to assessment. Refunds/Credits are at the sole discretion of LEGEAR Australia and will only be given to pre-approved requests. All items must have been purchased through LEGEAR Australia. All goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You will also be entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. For exchanges there is a $14.99 re-delivery cost.
