LEGEAR Returns Policy

Returns are very important to us here at LEGEAR. We understand that sometimes the wrong size garment or footwear is chosen, or a product is suffering from a manufacturing fault and falls within its warranty period, and sometimes simply the wrong product is delivered to your door. We want to work with you to ensure a quick and successful outcome, whether a replacement item, exchange or store credit. We are very fair with our returns policy, but will not accept returns such as someone has changed their mind on a purchase.

Please contact us via email only (support@legear.com.au) for your return / exchange to be approved, any shipments that arrive without previous email authorisation will not be accepted and returned to sender at their expense.

We are happy to exchange / credit items that meet our policy guidelines and are received back within 30 days of original purchase delivery. They must be unused, unopened and in a completely resellable condition. Any items that have outer packaging removed, tampered with or otherwise cause an item to be unsellable again, will be refused and sent back to you. Any items that are received back with missing accessories, clear signs of use, or otherwise damaged / cosmetically unfit for resale will be refused return and sent back to you.

If a refund is given, this can take up to 5 business days to return to your original payment method. We aim to process all returns received back to us within 1 week of delivery.
