These flex-cufs are very well designed and manufactured.  They are lightweight, strong, flexible and easy to access from the purpose-built channels in my Safariland duty belt. The flex-cufs provide a valuable additional option if you are in a situation involving multiple arrests.  In summary, they are an excellent quality product and a valuable addition to every patrol officer's duty belt or patrol bag.
