MAXPEDITION’s Proteus Versipack transforms from a self-contained buttpack into a hand-carried storage case in less than 5 seconds.

Named after a mythological character that could take on many shapes and forms, the Proteus Versipack (#0402) provides a herculean 285 cu. in. of organized storage space and can be worn like a fannypack, hand-carried, piggy-backed onto MAXPEDITION backpacks, or integrated onto ALICE or MOLLE webbing. Equipped with compression straps that snap into the integral handle to secure contents and three rows of nylon webbing attachment points to accommodate modular accessories, this is one piece of gear you must have before setting forth on your odyssey.

The Proteus can also be used as a pocket attaching onto Maxpedition or PALS webbing with a pair of Long Malice Clips (sold separately).

This is a good "bumbag" or "carrybag" but i would find something else to put your gear into to better suit your situation. the usual high standard of maxpedition products.

Awesome little bag, quality materials and construction. fabric is also water resistant.
There was however a delay in delivery due to stock shortages however Legear staff were more than helpful and the issue was resolved promptly.

Due to my diabetes i needed a bag to carry my requirements for my health and being a motorcyclist the bag had to be carried on the bike. This the Best Bag i've ever used and i'll be recomending them to all Diabetics especially guys as its a great but unitrusive "Man Bag", Lol! Great product and tough, well done Maxpedition!
