We've coupled an economical pocket aneroid sphygmomanometer with a dual-head stethoscope to provide you with a cost effective diagnostic kit. The stethoscope features a combination diaphragm/bell chestpiece for wide frequency response. The BP unit features a black enamel 300mmHg no-pin stop manometer. Comes with a leatherette zippered carrying case.
