Good last layer... June 23, 2009

Excellent under layer for when you want to wear something non-restricting.  The compression fit is comfortable.
It is warm, but can feel cool if the wind is blowing up your sleeves etc.
The high collar is good for extra warmth when not wearing a neck protector, and can not be felt.
