Trijicon ATWS™ (Advanced Thermal Weapon Sight) Scope System Series, now darkness is an advantage, not a hindrance. When you have the Trijicon® the new Trijicon ATWS™ mounted to your weapon, they can run—but they can’t hide. Designed for military and law enforcement applications, the new ATWS delivers crisp imaging through total darkness, fog, smoke or dust.
Limited to military or law enforcement applications, the new Trijicon Advanced Thermal Weapon Sight™ (ATWS) is a dual-use (handheld / stand-alone weapons clip-on), long-wave thermal imaging sensor. The ATWS maintains the FOV and magnification of the target viewed through the Trijicon ACOG® – without altering the effectiveness of the Bullet Drop Compensator (BDC), battlesight zero, point of aim, and point of impact.
Operation is easy. The ATWS powers up in white hot (default) mode, and a well-positioned button enables users to toggle to black hot at any time while maintaining support to the firearm. The ATWS uses four standard CR123 lithium batteries in a field-replaceable power cartridge and is mission capable for approximately five hours per battery charge or per cartridge.
