Inspired by the look and success of the Military Series these timepieces are in fact very different.  This 2010 newly launched model  - Traser Type 6 Mil-G is developed based on the original military watch - the P6500 Type 6, which is much appreciated in the law enforcement and protection community for its rugged durability and of course the unique mb-microtec H3 illumination technology which guarantees a night readability which is second to none.  

There are several improvements in place based on the classic Type 6 P6500, including the following in short

- double case construction with super toughness with outstanding lightweight design
     Outer case -> glass-fiber reinforced resin
     Inner case -> steel container
- water resistance 660ft, beyond MIL-PRF-46374G
- bidirectional steel bezel
- trigalight® illumination on hour hand and minute hand, and green trigalight illumination, 12 o’clock  position orange
- extended battery life time (5 years)

For night-time reading, as usual Traser P6600 Watch utilises Traser's unique and renowned illumination system featuring Tritium lights utilising Gaseous Tritium Light Sources (GTLS), the dial will illuminate up to 100 times brighter than any other watch dial without requiring a power source or even the need to press any buttons.  Tritum lights are guaranteed for 10 years and are sealed under high pressure making them resistant to water, oil and corrosive materials.
