Delivery is so ridiculously slow when compared to over online stores.
Online stock indicator has been wrong on a few occasions causing lengthy delays.
Previous orders have resulted in stock not being available however no correspondence was ever received until I had to contact you guys.
Great selection of stock however if I can find the product I want somewhere else I'll often shop there instead because a week is just too long to wait.

This little gadget has been extremely handy and gets taken everywhere because of size. The small sized flat screwdriver can be used to tighten up the arms of sunglasses/glasses too, which was a godsend on holiday. Bottle opener takes a bit of getting used to (leverage point is on the far side compared to every other opener you've used) but by your second or third you're fine.
Been through airport customs in 3 countries with it and they've not said anything (key was on keyring on their trays too).
Quality is top notch; mine's had a very active life and been opened and closed hundreds of times; still the same as new.
Very well thought out device, not a gimmick.
