Compact (palm size) high-intensity incandescent flashlight for tactical and duty use, or conditions requiring an enhanced grip, similar to our C2 but slightly longer and slightly heavier due to integral shock isolation system to withstand repeated recoil or impact. Puts out a smooth, brilliant, pre-focused tactical-level beam with four times the light of a big two D-cell flashlight Ebright enough to temporarily blind and disorient a person by impairing out his night-adapted vision. Light output may be nearly doubled with optional P61 lamp. Patented rubber grip ring allows the light to be operated with a handgun using the Rogers/SureFire technique.

Surefire is a well established supplier of military flashlights meeting high standards. The M2 is compact and a very rugged incandescent type of a very high quality. A handy light for the bushwalker also, using 2 lithium batteries with a 10 year shelf life. Has a 3 battery version also.
