S2-UV is designed for forensic investigation at crime scenes and other lawful purposes that require a powerful yet portable UV light source.

S2-UV is also designed for revealing polymer threads in currency papers, holograms on credit cards and official documents. Powerful yet smoothly diffused, S2-UV is also a great tool for antique appraisers. Unlike traidtional UV lights, which can be cumbersome and may produce an undesirable hot spot, the UV light of S2 is generated individually by each of the maximally-packed 19 UV LED's for a smooth beam that can be used in daylight.

With similar advantages of other LED lights, S2-UV is very power efficient, which can not be matched by other UV light sources, some of which may require AC power. Operating at high efficiency means lower power consumption, giving long run-time lasting up to 24-hours after 60 minutes at initial peak brightness.
