Description

The PYGMY Falcon-II (#0517) is a compact rectangular urban daypack with distinct military styling and 1400 cubic inches (23 liters) of carry capacity. The Y-shaped compression strap that MAXPEDITION is famous for contributes to the bag's form and structural integrity while a row of sewn nylon hard points in front allows users to attach other MAXPEDITION pouches and accessories with our "snap and anchor" modular expansion system.

Comfortable back padding and supple curvaceous straps supported by 1.25" nylon webbing minimize the load on shoulders. Two side net pouches with cinch cord can be used to carry water bottles. Experience the workmanship, materials, design, and super durability for which MAXPEDITION is best known.

Pygmy Falcon Backpack August 2, 2011

Best little backpack I have owned.  Perfect for everyday carry for general travel, hiking or for work.  Excellent quality. Would be an ideal school bag for those with kids as well.

Great little backpack. June 12, 2011
Reviewer: Andrew Cox from Waterfall, NSW Australia
Very comfortable to carry, seems very well built.  I found the Pigmy Falcon to be a little smaller than I had imagined, but it's carrying what I want it to thus far.

Could use more PALS / MOLLE attachment points, plus the ones over the bottle holders can't mount much without preventing the passage of the bottles.

The outside admin compartment has only a single zip, where as two would allow for zipping from either side (or the top).  No hook and loop in the main compartment, although there's not much room to start accessorizing in there anyway.

It's a fine backpack, but choose wisely, because it's so tough you'll be carrying it for a long time.  If you tend to overpack, maybe look at a Condor, or something.
