All in all, this pouch is excellent! Great size, fits a pair of duty gloves or needle stick gloves perfectly. Could be refined a little though. Being ex-military I'm not a huge fan of velcro pouches and pockets, hense I would ditch the velcro strip, and maybe extend the pouch lid down, similar to a handcuff pouch. But this may be a feature some officers are after. Other than that, I do like the pouch.

Nothing worse than not having your gloves close by when you need then and saves you from losing them all the time
