    The Fisher Space pen ink cartridge is the key to its superiority.  It is pressurized with 35 pounds per square inch of gas.  This pressure pushes on the sliding float ball allowing our unique thixotropic ink to flow smoothly in the tungsten carbide ball.

    The Fisher Space Pen - Matte Black Military Space Pen.  Solid brass and steel construction with matt black non reflective finish. It features a one handed retractable click mechanism, a clip and a matte black finish on the barrel.

    A family member got this for me for Christmas, and I love it. It writes flawlessly and feels good in my hand.
    Another great thing about this pen is it is not like the "tactical" pens which can cause problems at airports if they are in your carry on, but is definitely hard enough to defend yourself with in a worst case scenario.
