The FireAnt Boot designed in Australia for the Australian Department of Defence.  Available in limited sizes from LEGEAR.  Usaully only available to DOD now available to the public through LEGEAR. Desert Nubuck 8" Fireant Boots with protective toe cap - this is the exact boot from the same Manufacturer as supplied to Australian DOD.
 
Features
  • Fully waterproof using Sympatex lining and high grade cow leather
  • Comfort comes from a warm fur like lining
  • PU/TPU soiling technolgy provides a 180 degree temp resistance, oil and acid resistance
  • Non marking with a soft midsole for extra cushion
  • Lightweight to limit fatigue
  • Speed lacing system for ease of use
  • Insole is made of thick PVC for shock absorption
  • Inner sock is Poron which is cushioning, breathable, long lasting and odour free
  • Steel toe made to Australian and New Zealand standards.
  • Currently in use with Australian Defence Force.
