Your order has been paid in full and is now in the 1st stage of processing with our Warehouse and Logistics Team. We ship from multiple warehouse, usually to our distribution centre and then out to you. Any item(s) or order(s) listed in Pick may not currently be in our Main distribution centre, they need to be brought in from another LEGEAR warehouse.

PACK

Your order is in the 2nd stage of processing.
The item(s) are in stock and being packed for shipment with our Warehouse Team.

PENDING DISPATCH

We ship from multiple warehouse, usually to our distribution centre and then out to you. Pending Dispatch means that part of your order has been dispatched separately and the remainder will be dispatched shortly.

DISPATCHED

Your order has completed the final stage of processing.

All products on your order have been shipped from our Warehouses and distribution centre, and you have received an email with tracking details for your order.

Delivery Time

LEGEAR Australia acceptable delivery period is 7-14 business days after you have placed your order. LEGEAR ships and consolidates from various warehouses in order to offer you the widest range. We use multiple shipping carriers to deliver your products to you and you will receive an email when we dispatch your order. Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to become active.

From time to time we may contact you about offers and new products. You can easily be removed by either unsubscribing via a link or contacting our Customer Service at support@legear.com.au and we will remove you from marketing communications.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. LEGEAR AUSTRALIA reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. LEGEAR AUSTRALIA reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. LEGEAR AUSTRALIA is a reseller to end user customers and will not accept orders from dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by LEGEAR AUSTRALIA unless written authority has been granted.

Liability

LEGEAR AUSTRALIA is not liable for any losses or damages caused by this website or any website linked to or from this website. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method received.

Delivery

The delivery times provided by LEGEAR AUSTRALIA are estimates only. LEGEAR AUSTRALIA will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you acknowledge all information set forth under our shipping pages.

Change of Address

The shipping address for your order is shown in the checkout and on your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails. In the event that an incorrect address was entered, address changes can only made until the order begins processing. LEGEAR AUSTRALIA cannot accommodate all address change requests. LEGEAR AUSTRALIA takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.

International Customs Charges

Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. LEGEAR AUSTRALIA do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs office. All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and LEGEAR AUSTRALIA can never pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and LEGEAR AUSTRALIA will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees unless requested as a gift.

Warranties and Repairs

Most repairs are carried out by the manufacturer and not by LEGEAR AUSTRALIA In some cases, faulty items cannot be repaired and a replacement or store credit will be offered. LEGEAR AUSTRALIA cannot control the availability of parts of replacement goods.

LEGEAR AUSTRALIA has no control over manufacturer warranty periods, nor can we control repair periods and cannot advise what they will be. We will however do everything we can to ensure your faulty item is handled as quickly as possible and that you are informed throughout the process. In cases where you have returned goods directly to the manufacturer, LEGEAR AUSTRALIA cannot be held accountable for repair periods or communication from the manufacturer. We do not refund postage, or cover the cost of return postage on warranty claims, as your warranty is a manufacturer warranty not a LEGEAR AUSTRALIA warranty. If the product is damaged or incorrect upon receiving your postage will be refunded.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. There may be duties and taxes added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and are not included in your order total. All credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars. Non-Australian currency figures are all approximations based on an exchange rate. Prices quoted show the recommended retail price and OUR standard price.

If there is a promotion on a promotion price will also be quoted in addition to the RRP and Standard list price. Discount percentage shows discount off manufacturer's recommended retail price to current sale price.

Refunds & Returns

Returns must be in as new condition with tags attached unless faulty.

Faulty goods will be dealt with as per the manufacturer's warranty and terms Special return offers apply to individuals only.

Due to health regulations, we are unable to exchange or refund on any underwear purchase unless faulty within the manufacturer's warranty period.

We recommend sending returns via registered post or courier as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.

We will happily exchange or refund your item provided the item and its packaging are in the original condition with the original tags attached and within the returns policy time frame for incorrect size only, simply changing your mind, change of style or colour is accepted.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Return shipping costs will be refunded only if the return is a result of our error.

Gift cards, promo codes and promo prices cannot be applied to exchanges.

Returns must be made within the timeframe listed on the returns page unless faulty.

Any items returned outside of this period (unless faulty) or items returned damaged or soiled (unless faulty) will be the responsibility of the customer to retrieve. LEGEAR AUSTRALIA will not pay to return these items to you.

Special Order Items

Products that are specially ordered non-stocked items, custom made, bulk quantity, or corporate special orders cannot be exchanged/refunded.

Order Cancelations

If notified before goods have been dispatched, LEGEAR AUSTRALIA can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, LEGEAR AUSTRALIA reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.

Credit Card Payments

Promotions

Promotions, discounts and promotional codes (collectively "Promotions") are valid for the specified time period for online purchases of merchandise only and may be used one time only unless otherwise stated.

One time use Promotions must be used in their entirety in a single purchase. Any amounts not redeemed in the applicable purchase will be forfeited. Promotions cannot be combined with other promotions.

For more than 70 years Gerber has provided its customers with quality, reliable and innovative products that our end-users have come to expect. All Gerber products are designed and engineered in Portland, OR where many are also manufactured. However, there are unknown and unauthorized individuals and companies creating and distributing fake Gerber products, known as counterfeits, which do not meet our exacting quality and safety standards. The success of the Gerber brand and products in the international marketplace has made us a major target for counterfeits. When these products are displayed on websites for sale, they are generally identified as Gerber product and will have a 2 or 3 digit number followed by 1-5 characters. These alpha numeric codes coupled with the word "Saber" and cheap nondescript sheaths with corrugated or plain white boxes are more obvious signs of fraudulent product.

As this is a serious issue that impacts our customers, end-users and our brand, we are investing heavily in monitoring both on-line and retail environments for these counterfeit products. Once identified, we are taking aggressive actions to shut these illegal activities down and stop unsafe fake Gerber products from entering the market.

We recommend always purchasing Gerber products from a legitimate authorized dealer. When in doubt, always check our website to verify and confirm product authentication. Options are available to search for the product name, part number, style, blade type, etc. to ensure you are purchasing a genuine Gerber product.

Ordering

When will my backorder arrive?

The duration that products are backordered depends upon the product and the manufacturer. In general items are backordered for less than 2 weeks, however in some instances, with high demand or difficult to obtain products, especially on items being purchased in high volume by government agencies. The estimated arrival date is not always known, but feel free to contact LEGEAR who will do their best to provide you with information.

Where is LEGEAR located? Can I pick up my order?

LEGEAR supplies products throughout Australia through our online store located at www.legear.com.au.

Can I pay via direct bank/ wire transfer?

No, we do not accept direct/wire transfer unless authorised to do so.

Shipping

How long it will take to receive my order?

We endeavour to process and ship all orders within 7-14 business days after you have placed your order. At times, we do experience delays when we have an influx of orders. If in doubt, please contact us to check availability.

Can I return an order?

We are happy to exchange or provide store credit for items in as-new, unused and original condition within 30 days of receiving the goods for incorrectly ordered sizes only (not for a change of style/colour). They must be returned in the original packaging, with all tags attached, and in a re-sellable brand-new condition. Any marks or damage to the item or the packaging will mean the item will be returned to you, and no store credit or exchange will be given. A $14.99 reshipping fee applies for exchanges. If returning an item, you will need to obtain a copy of our Returns Form online or by emailing support@legear.com.au. We cannot accept returns after 30 days, except in some cases in which an item is faulty and falls under warranty.

We will accept returns of faulty or defective items if they fall within the warranty period. Customers must contact LEGEAR prior to returning such items. If an item is faulty and we cannot supply a replacement or have the item repaired for you, you will be entitled to a refund or store credit. We will not provide a refund if the customer simply changes their mind or the customer finds the same item at lower price elsewhere after the purchase is complete.

All returns are subject to assessment. Refunds are at the sole discretion of LEGEAR and will only be given for pre-approved requests by contacting LEGEAR. All items must have been purchased through LEGEAR. We will not accept items not purchased from LEGEAR. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

What happens if my item is backorder?

If an item is temporarily out of stock at the time of purchase and is backordered, it is normally delivered to you within approximately 10 - 21 business days. LEGEAR reserves the right to take up to 90 days to supply the backordered item. We will accept cancellations for backordered items if you wish to have a store credit, refund, or alternative product. If in the unusual case an item is delayed longer than our 90 Day Acceptable Delivery Period, the order will be cancelled and Store Credit will be issued for the full value of the order, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties. Store Credits do not expire and can be refunded if required.

How is my order shipped?

We ship most orders within Australia post, Australia Parcel and Toll Ipeg. Some exceptions may apply. Shipping rates are calculated depending on the weight of the parcel and distance of the shipment. Please contact us for further details.

Do you ship outside Australia?

We have customers all over the world! Rates vary depending on location. We require all international orders make payment for orders via PayPal. Please contact us for further details.

Do you offer express shipping?

We do not have an express postage option currently available.

How much is the shipping costs/ freight costs?

All orders within Australia ship for a flat rate of $14.99 per order. We do not charge anything additional if your order requires multiple shipments (as your order may be dispatched from multiple locations).

Returns

How do I return products?

To return an item, you simply need to fill out a Returns Form with a legitimate reason for your return, and send it back to us with the products in as-new and resellable condition (all tags/packaging intact). If you simply change your mind or initially choose the wrong colour, you may not return the goods. LEGEAR does not reimburse return shipping expenses on correctly shipped orders.

If you have received a faulty product or you believe you are entitled to a warranty repair/replacement for an item that is not working correctly, please contact us at support@legear.com.au with some photos of the faulty product, as well as a description of the fault/defect. Our Customer Support staff will be in touch with instructions for your return.

All returns must have an filled out Returns form included in the box in order for it to be processed. Returns without a Returns form will be returned to sender. Returns with damaged packaging or that are not in resellable condition will be returned to sender.

What do I do if a product is damaged when I received it?

If you receive a package with damaged products, please contact LEGEAR within 72 hours. As a precaution we insure all packages for such events as when they are damaged in shipping and will ensure that you receive replacement products that are in new condition. As with all returns, an RMA must be included with the product that will be returned.

What it I received the wrong product?

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product. We will work with you to correct the problem.

Why was my return package was sent back to me?

LEGEAR does not accept returns without a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) Form. All packages received at the LEGEAR returns warehouse without a Returns Form included in the box are returned to sender. This strict policy is necessary to ensure that exchanges, credits and refunds are done properly. Please review our Return Policy and contact customer service for more information about returning an order.

This letter will confirm that LEGEAR Australia is currently an authorised distributor of SureFire products in Australia. Furthermore, LEGEAR Australia is fully authorised to sell to Australian Federal Police, State Police Forces and Australian Law Enforcement Agencies including Customs Border and Protection, and to participate in public tenders in Australia.

For purposes of this authorisation, LEGEAR Australia is the authorised source of SureFire products for the country of Australia. LEGEAR Australia is authorised to purchase and resell SureFire products in Australia using the SureFire trademarks and patents. All SureFire products sold by LEGEAR Australia are covered by the factory's service and warranty policies. However, if SureFire product is purchased from an unauthorised source the factory service and warranty policy is null and void.

LEGEAR Australia is a fully independent contractor without any additional implications for SureFire beyond the authorisation to purchase and resell its products. SureFire is not responsible for commitments made by LEGEAR Australia beyond the assurance that SureFire will supply LEGEAR Australia with SureFire products.

Mckay and Asscociates Warranty / Repair Information

McKay continues to pride itself on producing great quality audio accessories for the two way radio user. Our past experience has given us the confidence to offer a 24 month warranty period for all of the products in our range.

It is imperative that a faulty product be returned to McKay for inspection of the fault. This enables our Engineering and Technical team to redesign and/or identify any faults that may be apparent with raw materials.

McKay Associates Pty. Ltd. makes the following warranty to purchasers of McKay’s products who buy direct from McKay and from McKay’s authorized distributors. McKay warrants that for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase, its products will meet the nominal performance criteria stated in McKay’s printed publications and proposals and will be free from defects in material and workmanship. If a warranty claim is properly submitted, McKay will inspect the McKay product at McKay’s facility and will repair or replace, at McKay’s sole option, if the product is defective. This warranty is voided if any repair or replacement is made or attempted on any McKay product by anyone other than authorized McKay personnel at McKay’s facility without prior written consent, if the product has been altered by the customer, or if there has been any misuse or misapplication of the McKay product, McKay’s only liability under its warranty is stated above.

McKay makes no warranty (1) to anyone who purchases or acquires any McKay product from any source other than McKay or its authorized distributors, (2) to anyone who purchases, acquires or uses any other manufacturer’s product in which any McKay product is a component, (3) or any other manufacturer’s products as a component in any McKay product. McKay shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damage caused by the nonconformance of any McKay product with this warranty.

THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Return Procedure

To return product to McKay Associates Pty. Ltd., please follow the steps below:

a. Ship the product, with your original sales receipt, marked “Service Department”, to one of our Authorized service centers; or place at purchase.
b. Warranty repairs or replacements will be returned via ground freight at McKay’s expense.


Dealer Pre-Testing of Equipment

We strongly recommend that all Dealers test customer product before returning to McKay. If McKay Quality Technicians are unable to duplicate or determine the stated failure mode, the product will be returned to the dealer.


Warranty vs. Non-Warranty

If the failure mode is determined to be a warranty issue (due to materials, workmanship or failure to meet printed specifications), the product will be replaced at no charge. If the failure mode is determined to be a non-warranty issue, the parts will be returned to the customer along with a Failure Analysis Report. At McKay Associates’ discretion, minor rework may be performed after contact is made with the customer to ensure an understanding of how the failure occurred.

Leatherman Repairs and Warranty

All Leatherman products sold by LEGEAR are covered by Leathermans 25-year guarantee for tools and 10-year guarantee for lights.

INFORMATION

We take extraordinary measures so your Leatherman product will give you many years of dependable service. If it doesn't, we will gladly repair or replace it, at our discretion, with one of equal or greater value under our 25-year guarantee for tools and 10-year guarantee for lights. This warranty does not cover abuse, alteration, theft, loss, or unauthorized and/or unreasonable use of your Leatherman product. This warranty does not cover sheaths, accessories, imprinting, color finishes, cleaning, or sharpening.

Leatherman Tool Group is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

You are responsible for shipping costs to the authorized service center. When you return your tool, be sure to use an insured shipping method. They cannot be responsible for items that do not reach the service centers.

To obtain warranty service, you must return your tool to a local authorized service center

Depending on the tool defect, they will decide whether to repair your tool or replace it with a product of equal or greater value.
