The #DSX-100 Hornet X™ is the next generation in elite tactical gloves and uses the very latest advanced technology. They have been designed for three primary operational applications: 1) To allow the tactical operator the highest amount of dexterity and tactility to manipulate weapons and tools;  2) Provide various rappelling capabilities without the use of a separate “over-glove”; 3) Solve long-term wear issues which other styles have faced (such as flight gloves), that were not designed for higher levels of punishing field use.

The #DSX-100 design excels by means of its material components, which are among the best available in the world:

The knuckles on the backs of the hands are reinforced with Keprotec® by Schoeller® Switzerland. Keprotec® is a blend of Cordura®, Dynafil®, TS70® and Kevlar®. It is a tenacious fabric with superior abrasion resistance, flexibility and is lightweight. It is used most commonly in apparel for extreme sports.

DuPont® Kevlar® fabric provides flame / flash protection as well as cut resistance on backs of hands and the entire index finger and remaining finger tips have been reinforced with premium aniline leather.

  • The Flame Retardant protection meets the EN407 and EN469 as well as the abrasion resistance in the EN388 European Standards.
  • Kevlar® material fabric provides flame / flash protection as well as cut resistance on backs of hands
  • Schoeller® Keprotec® padded knuckles provide abrasion and impact resistance
  • Premium leather reinforced finger tips for added durability at key wear points
  • Adjustable and removable Spandex® elastic wrist straps give support in close quarter combat situations while giving a comfortable fit
  • Made for maximum multiple use operations
