High quality protection for the leg. The great thing about these as opposed to knee pads is they won't slip down as, quite frankly, there is nowhere for them to go. They are a bit bulkier then I anticipated, which does not bother me however you'd have to wear some pretty oversized pants to wear them on the inside, which was a feature they were listed as having. They are definitely not for covert protection.
