  • Wide-angle 170 degree F2.8 lens Sharp wide-angle lens allows capture of a greater field-of-view.
  • The lens has a maximum angle of 170 degrees. F stop is F2.8. In many sports situations a wider field of view can enhance the ‘Point of view’ experience by including elements of the rider: for instance skis, handlebars of a mountain biker, peripheral view in surfing, etc. The larger F allows the lens to be sharper in lower light situations. Flush-front lens Lens-protector is flush with lens-housing front bezel.

  • ContourROAM can be mounted on its side or upside down. Laser Line A Laser Line indicates the lens orientation. To check your lens is aligned: Place your hand in front of the lens, press the Status Button, and check the Laser Line on your hand is horizontal. Easily adjust and check the rotation of your lens in the field.
  • Built-in battery, Battery is built into the camera. By building the battery in, our engineers could maximize battery size, reliability, and waterproofness.
  • A larger built-in battery and the Instant On-Record Switch maximize battery life for more video from each battery charge. Tripod mount Built in standard tripod screw mount.
  • Standard 1/4 -20 screw mount is built into the camera base. With a built-in standard tripod thread and Contour’s TRail™ mounting system you can mount ContourROAM just about anywhere.
