The compass I bought was nice - didnt exactly look as I thought but still very happy with it. The service - I had to wait for a while for my compass to come in from the US. It would have been good to get notification straight away that there would be a long wait as it was a Christmas present. However, when I phoned up the gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and polite so this kind of negated the disappointment of having to wait. Overall happy and would purchase again.
