Developed for the U.K. Prison Service use for personal protection involving enclosed spaces and roof work.

The shield is ideally suited to tactics where fast response intervention is required but space is limited. It is also ideal for roof work where personal protection is required without the added hindrance of a large heavy shield. Twin loop handles are suited for straight arm tactics such
as take downs and angry man. Fully interlocking with all Armadillo shields and capable of surviving extensive impact from thrown objects and edged weapons.

The shield has a 3mm thick clear LEXAN POLYCARBONATE front blade and a 3mm thick backing panel in the same material for maximum visibility. It has two lightweight aluminium loop handles with non-slip rubber grips for comfortable carry and secure hand grip in action. For maximum see-through visibility and to assist in the use of a forearm protector, the shock absorbing foam pad is omitted.
