The Argus APH05 Riot Helmet is designed for public order, prison guard and cash in transit applications.

The riot helmet is certificated in conformance to the UK Home Office PSDB protective headwear standard for UK police public order helmets 2004.

With Thermoplastic and GRP shells available, the Argus APH05 riot helmet leads the industry for the combination of coverage, peripheral vision, hearing attenuation and protection against impact, penetration and flammable liquids.

Complies with the testing requirements of Home Office Scientific Development Branch Standard 2004, incorporating new tests for attenuation of whole helmet and solvent resistsnce of visor
Range of sizes available to provide optimum fit, with combined impact and padded linings to maximise protection and comfort.
Liquid resistant, metal qauze audio apertures enable local commands to be heard
Replaceable neck protector and quick release chin strap with chin cup - accepts high dynamic load with mminimum extension and helps to maintain helmet stability
Compatible with range of CBRN respirators
