If you are working around the clock and always on your feet, I couldnt recommend 5.11 any higher. They are lightweight but tough as nails.  I wear my 5.11 everyday and are great for working in tough terrain and heat conditions. Even when the hard day of work is over, they make great motorbike boots for the ride home. The YKK zipper is strong and hasnt come close to breaking after all the neglect I give it. For a boot with support, comfort and performance... buy 5.11
